Service and supplier
TutorTrack is supplied by Wolf Softworks S.R.L., company identifier 27679079. Supplier details and contact are on the Legal information page. Version 1.0 was approved on 23 October 2026 and applies from publication. Visiting this page alone does not accept the contract.
TutorTrack helps tutors, teams and families organize students, schedules, attendance, packages and manual payment records. It does not deliver lessons, collect lesson payments or replace fiscal documents or accounting advice. Teaching arrangements and lesson prices are agreed separately with the tutor.
Accounts, access and children
Provide accurate information, keep passwords and invitations private and access only accounts and workspaces you are authorized to use. Owners manage membership and permissions; tutors and families receive access according to their assigned roles and links.
For child learners, the responsible adult must establish a lawful basis, provide age-appropriate information and verify parental authority where required. Adding a learner does not establish consent or parental authority. The age policy for children’s own accounts must be finalized before launch.
Acceptable use and content
Do not upload unlawful content or information unnecessary for tutoring, share unauthorized access, bypass security or disrupt the service. Avoid health information and other special categories of personal data.
You retain your rights in your content. The supplier may use it only as needed to deliver and secure the service under applicable instructions and agreements. Accepted files are PDF, PNG and JPEG, up to 10 MiB each; no total quota or unlimited storage is promised.
Prices, payments and consumers
Subscription billing is source-disabled in the reviewed version. Student access remains free. These pages do not offer a subscription checkout or authorize charges. Recording a lesson payment, void or refund does not transfer money.
Before enabling a paid offer, disclose the total tax-inclusive price, duration, renewal, cancellation, payment method, compatibility and applicable withdrawal and remedy rights. Mandatory consumer rights are preserved; the absence of a price does not automatically exclude digital-service protections.
Availability, termination and data
Updates and maintenance may be necessary for operation and security. No unverified uptime guarantee or support deadline is promised. Restrictions for abuse must be proportionate and respect applicable notice and remedy requirements.
You can request export and deletion as described on the GDPR rights page. Owners must transfer or close owned workspaces before deleting their account. Account deletion does not automatically erase history lawfully retained by other controllers. No arbitrary liability cap or exclusion of mandatory remedies for non-conformity is introduced.
Law, complaints and changes
Romanian law applies while preserving mandatory consumer protections in the country of habitual residence and statutory court jurisdiction. It does not impose exclusive jurisdiction on consumers. Send complaints to bug@tutortrack.ro; the Complaints page links to ANPC, ADR and ANSPDCP.
You can save or print these terms using your browser. Their application to a contract depends on that contract’s conclusion. Material changes must be notified in advance as required by law and earlier versions retained. Visiting this page does not constitute acceptance or GDPR consent.
