For TutorTrack problems, email bug@tutortrack.ro. Describe the incident, date and desired outcome without credentials or unnecessary learner information. For teaching or money received by a tutor, also contact the responsible tutor or organization.
Consumer status depends on the purpose of the contract: a tutor’s professional use is not automatically a consumer contract. These pages do not remove applicable mandatory rights.
Authorities and alternative resolution
Consumers can consult ANPC and the ADR mechanism through the official links below. Eligibility and procedure are determined by the competent body; this page does not promise participation in an unconfirmed scheme.
For personal information, the Romanian supervisory authority is ANSPDCP. The European ODR platform closed on 20 July 2025 and is not offered as an active mechanism. Statutory authority and judicial remedies remain available.
Withdrawal and digital services
Where the law grants withdrawal from a distance contract, the ordinary period for a service contract is 14 days from conclusion, subject to statutory conditions and exceptions. Immediate service activation does not automatically remove that right. Digital-service and digital-content rules must not be conflated.
This site has no active checkout. Before concluding relevant consumer contracts, provide full information, the statutory withdrawal form, an exercise procedure and, where applicable, the online withdrawal function required by current rules. Statutory remedies for non-supply or non-conformity and necessary updates apply; actual commercial terms and flows must be finalized before activation.
